LOST WITH NATURE

AS I SAID IN LAST BLOG, THIS IS ABOUT A PLACE WHERE I BORN. TODAY I WILL GIVE THE MEANING OF MY BIRTH TOWN. SO WHY IT IS NAMED BUGUDA?? In history the ancient age of the Kalinga is described, from that list Buguda was another area of Kalinga(The old name of our state). In ninth century this area was made capital by Sailadobhab bansi King Madhab Barman & after got famous it was got placed in history. How this got famous was known from history & from Tamra Rules. At the time of ninth century SOMABANSI KESARI KING "RAJAKESARI" build palaces at Purusotampur & Khanjili. AT that time here lots of ADIVASI PEOPLE live here. Time passes by The King of Bhanja defeted the Somabansi ruler to get this place. So the place added to the ghumusar. The people of here are Adivasi & undeveloped at that time. So in their point of view they named it Buguda. In their mind, they knew odia ( a language) they said  BU- food GUDA- where we can get food. That's

IT IS AN ANCIENT MOUNTAIN WHICH IS LOCATED AT NEAR MY HOMETOWN BUGUDA. BUDHAKHOLA - AT A GLANCE BUDHAKHOL an ancient monument conserved by archeological survey of INDIA, has its historical importance as budhist shrine. from 1909. The place was mixed up with SHIVA culture by adi sankaraachary in 6th century. It is a famous picnic spot on an adventurious hilltop with a lively water fall & perinal stream of ayurvedic value. Here SRI GANGADHARA, SRI JAGADISWAR, SRI MAKARESWAR, SRI BUDHESWAR & SRI SIDHESWAR SWAMI ARE WORSHIPED. The old temples were built in "REKHA" style during 9th century when LORD SHIVA was accepted as SURYANEUSINHA. It is also said that, poet upendra bhanja was conferred "KABISAMRAT" title at this place by "GAJAPATI". THE AWESOME ADVENTURE OF ONE DAY ; It was a day which we planned before some days. Just to make a whole new adventure. So just decided how to go & where to travel the whole day. At first it was about 3 places, then one more places added & the the whole tour was about 300 km . Also it was on bike.   So lets get started. On morning I woke up about 6 AM. Then called all friends & told them to be get ready. After that it took about 2 hours to get ready up. Then about 9 AM we started our journey. First we went to khalikote ghat. A beautiful place with natural beauty. There the view of the ghat, lake, mountain are awesome. From the top of the ghat the view of Chilika lake is beautiful. There we took some photos & it took about 1 hour to complete all. From there we started our  journey towards Narayani Temple. A temple which has a lot of history on its own. we talked about get into there but after reached there the place was crowed. So we decided to move on from ther
